Yoga and Mindfulness Retreats that give you the opportunity to turn deeper within yourself, through the use of Mindfulness techniques, Yoga Asana, Meditation techniques, Sacred ceremonies, Chanting and Pranayama.
During the retreats Jackie and Janey will fully support your journey in Yoga and Mindfulness which can help you listen to your own deep truths and fully embrace the whole of you, from your physical being, your emotional self, your mind and your amazing spirit.
Each day starts with a yoga class, and the late morning a mindfulness session, then there's free time to explore the natural environment or rest in the nurturing centre, within the mountains. The early evening offers you another yoga class. Everything is optional, to partake as you wish.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all vegetarian and there is plenty of drinks and snacks available throughout the day.
